As of 01/06/2023 our billing structure has changed. We now only Bulk Bill patients who are aged under 16 years old, hold a current Pension or Concession Card or DVA Gold card.
Patients who have not attended our practice in the past 2 years will be charged a private fee for their initial appointment, they will then be Bulk billed if they fit the bulk billing criteria as set out above.

Our doctors are not willing to prescribe narcotic and sedative drugs to a person who is not known to them (including patients who may already be seeing a doctor at Balance! Edmonton Family Practice for prescriptions) until such time that there is evidence of clinical need.
Please do not request these medications, as refusal may offend.
Our doctors are happy to discuss alternative therapies.
