Ms Catherine (Kate) Gunn

Kate is a Co-Founder and Director of Balance! Healthcare Pty Ltd and is the Founder and Director. She is a fellow of the AICD, and is also currently a Director of Larkfield Pty Ltd, she was previously the President and Chair of the National Foundation for Australian Women (NFAW). Kate is an experienced CEO and General Manager.

Ms Karen Crouch

Karen is a Co-Founder of Balance Healthcare. She is a solicitor admitted in the Supreme Court of NSW, previously held the title of In-House Counsel for the Australian Medical Association (NSW) and is the Founder and current Managing Director of Health Practice Creations Group Pty Ltd. Karen has consulted to the health industry on strategic, business and legal matters for over 10 years and continues to do so.
